Move the speaker closer to your audio source. Physical obstructions like thick walls or metal doors can degrade wireless signals.
The speaker will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when powered on within range. If it doesn’t, go to your device’s Bluetooth settings and select the Xertmt speaker manually.

Use a soft, slightly damp microfiber cloth to clean the exterior grille. Never use harsh abrasive chemicals, alcohol, or solvents to clean the chassis.

Locate the protective rubber flap on the back or bottom of the speaker and lift it.
