Use the 6-speed or 21-speed conventional gear shifter on the right handle to adjust to terrain.
Controller Fault. The internal brain of the e-bike may have sustained water damage or a blown fuse. Contact customer support for a replacement.
The throttle lever is stuck or disconnected. Check if the thumb throttle moves freely. If it is damaged, unplug it to see if pedal assist returns.
